Weβre seeking a motivated Entry-Level IT/Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone with about 2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field who is eager to grow in IT staffing and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities π―
β Talent Sourcing π΅ββοΈ β Find and attract top IT professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
β Candidate Screening π β Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
β Relationship Building π€ β Develop strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with the right opportunities.
β Client Collaboration π’ β Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and present qualified candidates.
β Process Management π β Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
β Market Research π β Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and hiring best practices.
What You Need to Succeed π

Experience: ~2 years in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field.

Tech-Savvy Mindset: Interest in IT and a willingness to learn about different tech roles.

People Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
